Heavy Heart est né en 2015 à Nantes sur les cendres de plusieurs formations qui ont commencé la musique pour tromper l’ennui des campagnes angevine et nantaise. Le groupe associe punk-rock énergique et pop mélodique qui empreinte autant à la nostalgie qu’à la joie d’être ensemble, à la mélancolie qu’à la force du collectif. Au-delà de la musique, l’existence du groupe tiens surtout au fait qu’il permet de souder des amitiés, de provoquer des rencontres et de voyager grâce à quelques accords alignés ensemble. Après Distance et Love Against Capture, le troisième album Closer sortira le 8 octobre 2021 Sur Rad Girlfriend Records (USA) et Gunner Records (Allemagne)

Heavy Heart was formed in 2015 in Nantes from the ashes of several projects started in order to overcome boredom back in the western France countryside. The band blends energetic punk rock with melodic pop, their music is equally tainted with nostalgia than the joy of being together, as rooted in melancholia as in the strength of the collective. Besides the music, the band’s existence can be explained by its ability to weld old friendships and allow new ones to bloom while travelling over the world thanks to a few chords played together. After Distance (2017) and Love Against Capture (2018) their third album Closer will be out on October 8th, 2021 on Rad Girlfriend Records (USA) and Gunner Records (Germany).
